    Ram Janmbhumi

    Ram Janmbhumi is one of the most important places in India which holds great importance in Hinduism as it is the birthplace of Lord Rama, who took birth here to fight the injustice and demons on Earth. Lord Rama is the 7th incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the preserver of the Universe. This is one of the most revered places for Hindus which hold great religious beliefs. Along with this, the place was destroyed by Mughals to build a mosque which was one of the main issues of our Country. However, in the year 2019, the Supreme Court declared the land to the trust of Ram Mandir where the government is now building a massive and marvelous temple dedicated to Lord Rama.

    Hanuman Garhi

    Hanuman Garhi is one of the ancient temples in India which was built in the 10th century. The temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman, a form of Lord Shiva, who is the most loved devotee of Lord Rama. It is believed that Lord Hanuman lived here to guard the holy city of Lord Rama.     Kanak Bhawan

    Kanak Bhawan is situated at the northeastern corner of the majestic Ram Mandir which was constructed in the year 1891. The place is also known as “Gold Palace or Sone Ka Ghar” as it was the house where Lord Rama lived with her consort, Mata Sita.

    Treta Ka Thakur

    Treta Ke Thakur is another ancient temple which is situated near the Naya Ghat area of Ayodhya. The temple holds several exquisite idols of Lord Rama, Mata Sita, Lakshman, Lord Hanuman and Sugreev made up of single black sandstone. This temple is 300 years old and it is situated at the same place where Lord Rama performed Ashwamedha Yagna – a fire ritual.

    Tulsi Smarak

    Tulsi Smarak is dedicated to 16th century great poet and Saint Goswami Tulsidas who wrote the holy book RamCharitManas. The memorial was built in 1969 to pay tribute to the great Saint.

    Dashrath Bhawan

    Dashrath Bhawan is situated in the heart of Ayodhya which was the permanent residence of King Dashrath, ruler of Ayodhya and father of Lord Rama and Lakshman. The main attraction of this palace is the massive entrance gate which is well-decorated with colorful paintings and a huge shrine of Lord Rama.

    Mani Parbat

    Mani Parbat is a nearby hill which is situated at a Height of 65 feet above the sea level. This hill provides an excellent panoramic view of the entire city and visitors can see the iron stupa built by great King Ashoka in the early 2nd and 3rd century. It also houses a Buddhist monastery which was added later.
