Cancellation Policy
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel their holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Custom Tours India, as this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by the hotel/travel company, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
| Number of days before departure | Amount of Cancellation charges |
|---|---|
| 40 Days | 50% of the Tour Cost |
| 30 Days | 75% of the Tour Cost |
| 20 Days or less | 100% of the Tour Cost |
During High peak season like Diwali, Christmas – New Year or long weekend travel dates, cancellation policy may vary.
For Train / Flight Tickets actual cancellation charges and our service charge will be applied.
