    Laxshman Jhula

    Laxshman Jhula is one of the popular destinations in Rishikesh located in the city center. As the name suggests, Laxshman Jhula is a bridge made up of iron and is 450 feet long that connects two different sides of the city separated by holy river Ganges. As per legends and Hindu mythology texts, the brother of Lord Rama, Laxshman visited this site and crossed the holy river. The area is well-decorated with several temples from where you can hear the bells and chants of different mantras and slokas.

    Triveni Ghat

    Triveni Ghat is one of the ghats present in Rishikesh alongside the holy river Ganges however, Triven Ghat is the biggest ghat in the city which attracts every tourist and devotees coming to Rishikesh as the place is perfect spot to witness the magical evening Ganges Aarti. Devotees come here to take holy dip in the Ganges which purifies them with all their sins. Along with this, devotees offer milk in the holy river and feed fishes.     The Beatles Ashram

    The Beatles Ashram is one of the popular ashrams of the city as the famous British band The Beatles lived here in the year 1986 in the search of peace and to meditate. The bank wrote several songs getting inspiration from this place and meditated in the temple nearby. The ashram is situated on a cliff which makes this place truly magnificent. The place has an ancient temple, kitchen, home, galley, cafe and colorful painted walls.

    Ram Jhula

    Ram Jhula is the second bridge which connects ashrams on both sides of the river Ganges and is similar to the popular Laxshman Jhula. The bridge is made up on iron and is 750 feet long. You can enjoy walking on the bridge and enjoy the beauty of lush green hills along the rushing Ganges.

    Neer Garh Waterfall

    Neer Garh waterfall is one of the most popular and beautiful waterfalls present in Rishikesh. The rushing stream of water falling from a huge cliff of rock surrounded by lush green hills and amazing view of river Ganges. In order to visit the waterfall, you need to trek for 2 kms which passes through the dense forest.
