    Mehrangarh Fort

    Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest forts in India which was built by Rao Jodha in the year 1549. Being one of the massive and cleanest forts in Rajasthan, it receives huge footfalls all-round the year. Standing proudly at an elevation of 120m on a hill makes this fort look more robust and massive. The fort is protected by mighty gates dotted with spikes, giant walls, lofty guard towers and decorated with marvelous palaces like Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), Phool Mahal (Rose Palace) and Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace) used for various purposes.     Umaid Bhawan Palace
