    Dwarkadhish Temple

    Dwarkadhish Temple is one of the most important temples in Dwarka. A tour to Dwarka starts with a visit to this 2,000-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. The temple has a five-story structure built with limestone and sand. It features beautiful carvings and is believed to have been built by Vajranabha, the great-grandson of Krishna. Devotees enter through Swarg Dwar and often take a dip in the Gomti River before prayers.

    Bet Dwarka

    Bet Dwarka is a small island about 30 km away from Dwarka city. It is one of the most popular tourist places in Dwarka Gujarat. People believe that Lord Krishna once lived here and met his best friend Sudama. To reach Bet Dwarka, visitors take a boat ride from Okha Jetty. The temple on the island has a special idol that is believed to be made by Rukmini Devi, the wife of Lord Krishna.

    Rukmini Devi Temple

    Rukmini Devi Temple is located about 8 kilometers from the main city of Dwarka. It is a quiet and beautiful place. The temple is dedicated to Rukmini, wife of Lord Krishna, and features marble idols with detailed carvings. A legend says that sage Durvasa’s curse led to this temple being outside the main city.

    Dwarka Lighthouse

    Dwarka Lighthouse is a 43-meter-tall structure built in 1866 near the Arabian Sea. The lighthouse was modernized in 1962 and provides scenic views of the sea and sunsets. A small natural cave formed by the sea behind the lighthouse adds to its charm. Visitors love sitting here in the evening, feeling the cool sea breeze.
