    Day 1: Arrival at IGI Airport and Local Sightseeing

    We welcome you at one of the best and busiest international airports of the world – IGI Airport, New Delhi. On arrival, you will be escorted by one of the executives from Custom Tours India. Later, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can check-in.

    Later, we will head for the local sightseeing of the city covering all the major tourist destinations of the city. Here, you will be escorted with a professional English-speaking tour guide who will share history and information about the city and the monuments.

    • Jama Masjid: Jama Masjid is one of the marvelous architectural buildings built by Mughals in the year 1644 which is the perfect example of Mughal Architecture. The mosque is built using red sandstone and the inner part of the main tomb using the elegant white marble. Jama Masjid is built with an elevation of 10m and can hold up to 25,000 devotees at a time making it the largest mosque in India. The mosque is surrounded by busy markets and narrow allays making it one of the most happening places of Old Delhi.

    The market which surrounds Jama Masjid is popularly known as “ChandiChawk” which is the oldest market in the history of Delhi and is well-known for spices, textiles, handicrafts, silk sarees and home décor items. A short rikshaw ride in these cities would be a great fun.

    Later, in the noon we will head for the lunch and then we will proceed to other tourist spots of the city.

    • Humayun’s Tomb:Humayun’s Tomb is one of the best spots for photography as the tomb is beautifully built using red sandstone and is surrounded by lush green flower beds, beautifully laid lawns, water channels and fountains. The tomb was built by Mughal Empress Haji Begam in the year 1560 in the loving memory of her husband Mughal Emperor Humayun, son of Akbar.
    • Qutub Minar: Qutub Minar is one of the oldest structures built in the history of Delhi and the tallest minaret of the world standing at the height of 73 ft. The minaret was commissioned by Qutub-Ud-Din-Aibak and was completed by his successor sons in the year 1192AD. The main attraction of this monument is the Iron Pillar which was established by Great Emperor Ashoka in the early 4nd The iron pillar is built using the purest form of iron which has not rust or faded till now.

    Later, you can choose to stop at one of the famous restaurants of the city for dinner where you can have the glimpse of Delhi’s cuisines and flavors.

    Later, you will be transferred back to your hotel where you can spend the rest of your evening.

    Day 2: Drive to Agra and Local Sightseeing

    Early in the morning, we will head towards our next destination, Agra and the drive will take around 3 hours. This day, we will ask your hotel to pack your breakfast so that you can have something to eat in the car.

    The drive to Agra is really beautiful as we will be passing through various villages and crop fields on both sides of the newly built Yamuna-Expressway.

    On arrival, we will head directly to your hotel where you can complete your check-in procedure and then we will head for lunch at one of the famous restaurants of the city. Later, you will be taken to visit the below tourist place accompanied by an English-speaking tour guide.

    • Taj Mahal: The word “Taj Mahal” is derived from Persian language which means “Crown of the palace”. Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, son of Akbar in the loving memory of his favorite wife, Mumtaj Mahal. Taj Mahal was constructed in the year 1648 which took 22 years and 20,000 workers using the marvelous Mughal and Persian architecture. This historical monument of India was built using elegant white marble and paints of precious and semi-precious stones which are incaved on the walls of the monument. Currently, Taj Mahal houses the tomb of both Shah Jahan and Mumtaj Mahal.
    • Mehtab Bagh: Mehtab Bagh is the last royal garden which was built by first Mughal emperor Babur on the banks of a river. This garden is one of the best spots to take pictures of the magnificent Taj Mahal from the backside, especially during the evening. The garden is spread over a huge area with lush green lawns, colorful flower beds, fountains and long pavilions. You can sit here for some time and stare at the beauty of this wonder of the world – Taj Mahal. The main attraction of this garden is the foundation of a Black Taj which was supposed to be built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a replica of the main Taj however, his son Aurangzeb declared war with his father and stopped the construction of this Black Taj.

    Later, in the evening you may ask your driver to take you out for dinner or you can spend your rest of the evening at your hotel.

    Day 3: Drive to Jaipur and Local Sightseeing

    Early morning, have your breakfast and then check-out from your hotel to proceed towards the next and most colorful city of this Country – Jaipur.

    The 4.5-hour drive passing through countryside areas of two Indian states – Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan will take you to this colorful and one of the best cities of India – Jaipur.

    On arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax for a while. Later, we will take you to visit the below monuments:

    • Hawa Mahal: Hawa Mahal is the Hindi meaning of the word “Wind Palace” which was constructed by Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1799. As the name suggests, this palace is famous because of the colorful 953 small jharokhasor the windows which were used by the royal women to enjoy the daily life of common people while sitting behind these windows. These windows were painted using lattice work so that common people from outside could not see who was sitting inside the palace to provide complete privacy to the royal women.
    • Jal Mahal: Jal Mahal or the “Water Palace” is a private property owned by the royal family of Jaipur. The palace is beautifully designed and built in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. The palace was built in the year 1745 by Jai Singh II for the purpose of hunting and summer palace for the royal guests. This 5-storey complex has two floors under the water and in the 3 floors we have beautiful luxurious rooms, gardens and restaurants for the royal family.

    As this is a private property, you may stop here for 10 minutes on the walkway where your guide will help you in taking pictures and will explain the history of this monument.

    • Amber Fort: One of the most popular and majestic forts out of the three forts in Jaipur, Amber Fort was built by Raja Man Singh I in the year 1592 using Mughal and Rajputana architecture. This fort was used as a private residence for the royal family until the capital was moved from Amber to Jaipur. The main attraction of this fort is the royal quarters of 12 different queens which are all together linked with the main quarter of King Man Singh I, Ganesh Pol which is beautifully painted with colors of semi-precious stone and gold leaves. Along with this, you will fall in love with the Mirror Palace, beautiful laid out gardens, huge courtyards and the panoramic view of the Aravalli Hills surrounding the fort.
    • City Palace: City Palace was constructed by Jai Singh II in the year 1732 when the capital was shifted from Amer to Jaipur and has been the seat of power since then. This mesmerizing palace was built using Mughal, Rajputana and European architectural designs which makes this palace one of its kind. The palace houses some of the exquisite articles in the textile and artillery museum. Along with this, the main attraction of this place is the 4 colorful doors which reflect the image of different seasons of the year.

    Later, you may ask your driver to take you back to your hotel where you can spend the rest of the evening or you may opt to explore the local bazaars of Jaipur as this city is the popular destination for shopping. You may take a short walk in the Johri Bazaar (Jewels Market), Bapu Bazaar (Textile Market), or any other market as Jaipur is well-known for precious and semi-precious stones, antique jewelry, handicrafts, block-prints, textiles, blue pottery, carpets and rugs and what not!
